Industrial services, run with discipline.
Ironsand Industrial Services maintains, shuts down and brings back process plants from our base in Jubail Industrial City.
Why we exist.
Plants do not have time for surprises. The work is hard enough, so the planning, the paperwork and the people should be dependable.
One team plans, supplies and carries out the work: cleaning and inspection, repair, insulation, fabrication and commissioning, so there is always one person who knows where the job stands.
How we work.
Plan first
A good shutdown is won before it starts.
Say what we see
Findings and delays are reported the same day.
Train the crew
Everyone on site is inducted, supervised and competent for the task.
Hand back clean
Equipment, area and paperwork are returned complete.
Safety and quality
No task starts without a method statement and a permit. Supervisors can stop any job, and are backed when they do. Work is inspected against the specification before it is handed over.
Planning a shutdown? Talk to us early.
The sooner we see the scope, the better the plan. Send us the site, the scope and the dates.
